Recruiters spend seconds on a first pass. Make those seconds count with structure, evidence and restraint.

Lead with a three-line summary that states your role, your years of experience and the kind of problem you solve. No objectives, no adjectives you cannot back up.

Under each job, write achievements, not duties. 'Reduced time-to-hire from 45 to 28 days' beats 'responsible for recruitment'. Numbers give the reader something to hold on to.

Keep it to two pages, use a single clean font, and save as a PDF named with your full name. Then tailor the top third of the document to each application — that is where attention is highest.
