Recruitment Consultant
Own a portfolio of client accounts — take briefs, source candidates and manage the process through to placement.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Write role profiles and source across channels
- Screen, shortlist and prepare candidates
- Manage offers, references and onboarding hand-off
Requirements
- 3+ years in agency or in-house recruitment
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills
- Confident with an ATS and structured interviewing
